I tell people the super secret answer… ASK!
It is so simple people don’t get it.
I get asked all the time how do I get reviews. I always suggest email.
So I want to let my dentist or actually his dental assistant show up.
Back drop story.
I just went to a new dentist and received an email today. It is not that well written, it has errors but you know what… it got them a review from me within seconds of it being sent. Here it is:
Hey Matt this is Janet from Parker Dentistry! It was pleasure having you in our office. Your appointment went great you are an awesome patient! We wish we could have more patients like you in our office. It would be great if you left us a review letting us know how your visit to our office went for you. Thank you and enjoy the rest of your day. 🙂 Below are the instructions for leaving a review on Yelp or Google. Thanks for coming in and trusting us to serve you!
Google: log in to your gmail account and search google for Parker Dentistry or click the link below and leave a review.
To like us on facebook, click below 🙂

Now whats wrong?
- She mentions instructions for Yelp which do not exist.
- The image to click on the leave the review says Follow us on Google+ vs Review Us On Google+.
- Facebook is a distraction from the google review.
- Capitalization and grammar not the best.
The good?
It is personal, very kind, does not beg for the review.

Try it have your assistant send similar emails after every visit for a week and see how that goes for you.
The business with the most reviews will get the MOST new customers from internet searches.
